The Cogniserve Google Ads MCP server ("the Service") is an internal tool operated by Cogniserve, a technology services firm based in Panaji, Goa, India (cogniserve.tech), for the purpose of querying and analyzing Google Ads campaign data on behalf of clients who have authorized Cogniserve as a Google Ads manager. Cogniserve's general Terms of Service are at cogniserve.tech/terms.
Access to the Service is restricted to Cogniserve staff who have been issued authentication credentials. Sharing credentials is not permitted.
The Service may only be used to query and analyze Google Ads data for accounts that have explicitly granted Cogniserve manager-level access. Use of the Service to access any other Google Ads account, or for any purpose unrelated to managing those clients' campaigns, is prohibited.
All use of the Service must comply with: (a) the Google Ads API Terms and Conditions, (b) the Google API Services User Data Policy, (c) the Google Ads policies, and (d) all applicable laws of India and the user's jurisdiction.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Cogniserve makes no guarantees regarding accuracy, availability, fitness for purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cogniserve shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service.
These terms may be revised. The "Last updated" date will be modified when changes are made.
